How do I create an account?

To create an account, click this link or sign up for CalendarFix the top navigation bar by clicking the "Sign up" button. Once you sign in, we will automatically move you to a free trial of our Premium plan.

How can I collect payments?

Currently, the payment feature is available only in India. If you would like to activate it, please send us an email at support@calendarfix.freshdesk.com.

Can I ask custom questions when I let clients book meetings?

Absolutely, you can ask as many custom questions as you like. More importantly, you can ask any type of questions you may like including MCQs, File uploads and more.

What should I do if I encounter issues?

If you experience any issues, please contact our support team by sending them an email at support@calendarfix.freshdesk.com, and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I integrate CalendarFix with other tools and platforms I'm already using?

What do you mean by Booking?

1 Booking means a confirmed appointment/meeting on your calendar. A booking credit is consumed even if the booking is cancelled later.

Are reschduled bookings counted against my monthly quota?

No, rescheduled bookings are not counted against your monthly quota.

Are there any additional fees beyond the subscription price?

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward.

The base subscription price includes access to features defined in the plan and a specific amount of submission credits. If not consumed, these credits lapse at the end of every month's cycle and will refill at the start of the next month's cycle.

While in most cases these subscription booking credits are enough, but if you need beyond those you can always purchase add-on booking credits. These credits don't expire. In fact, they are consumed only when you do not have enough subscription booking credits.
