What do you mean by Booking?
1 Booking means a confirmed appointment/meeting on your calendar. A booking credit is consumed even if the booking is cancelled later.
Are reschduled bookings counted against my monthly quota?
No, rescheduled bookings are not counted against your monthly quota.
Are there any additional fees beyond the subscription price?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward.
The base subscription price includes access to features defined in the plan and a specific amount of submission credits. If not consumed, these credits lapse at the end of every month's cycle and will refill at the start of the next month's cycle.
While in most cases these subscription booking credits are enough, but if you need beyond those you can always purchase add-on booking credits. These credits don't expire. In fact, they are consumed only when you do not have enough subscription booking credits.

What is your refund policy?
We have a no-refund policy. If you're unhappy with CalendarFix, you can request a cancellation. To initiate a cancellation, visit the Billing section under Account and downgrade to the free plan. Once cancelled, we won't bill you from the next month onwards and you will be moved to the Free plan thereafter.
